Appointed by the organization, Hansa Incoming has carefully selected hotels near the conference centre and in the city centre.

IBM employees can also book their hotel using the Online Travel Reservation (OTR) application selecting “Brugge, BE” as location.

Demand for hotel rooms in Bruges is high during this event. So please book in time.

Substitutions and cancellations must be made via the travel agency or directly to the hotel.

Cancellation of your hotel reservation

Changes to the your hotel reservation

Changes in your reservation will be processed without additional charges up to 14 days before arrival.
Changes in your reservation (decrease of # of nights) requested between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the cost.
Changes in your reservation (decrease of # of nights) less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the cost.

Payment of your hotel reservation

A deposit of 40% will be requested at the moment of reservation, payable by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via bank transfer (associated bank costs, if any, are to be paid by the participant)
The remaining amount 60 % will be charged automatically via the credit card at the earliest 14 days before arrival.
