Arrival - When to arrive
Attendees of the conference should plan to arrive on either Sunday May 13th during the day or on Monday May 14th early in the morning. Registration for the event is open as of Sunday afternoon 4pm, on level 9.
The conference starts on Monday May 14th at 9:00 am with the keynote session.
The sessions end on Wednesday May 17th at 3:30pm.
Arrival Transfers
Due to the easy access to Shanghai from, no arrival transfers will be organized.
Arrival by air
You can fly to Pudong International Airport (PVG) or Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) from many international airports. Pudong National Airport is about 30 km from downtown Shanghai, Hongqiao International Airport is about 13 km from downtown Shanghai.

Badge collection
You will be able to collect your badge at the conference registration desk located on level 9 at the Le Royal Meridien Hotel upon your arrival on Monday morning, or on Sunday from 4pm until 7pm.
Badges should be worn at all times for security reasons. Your access to the conference area and other events will be restricted in case you do not wear your badge.

Throughout the event, the conference desk opens 30min prior to the first session in the morning and closes 30min after the last session.
