As Business Partners, you are entitled of 20% discount off the tuition fee. - Special discount for CEEMEA Clients
Customers and Business Partners from CEEMEA are entitled of 25% discount off the
tuition fee. - Special discount for Tivoli Users Group
As Tivoli Users Group member, you are entitled of 10% discount off the tuition fee.
This discount cannot be cumulative with any other discount.
Discounts are not cumulative (except for the Early Bird) and are calculated on the base tuition fee (1100 GBP).

IBM employees must also register in Learning@IBM (course code TTUC12GB) in order to complete their registration.
Registration fee includes admittance to all general and elective sessions as listed in the event agenda. It also covers all meals and networking activities mentioned in the event agenda.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions can be made at any time.
Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to: conferences@be.ibm.com.
IBM employees should cancel using Learning@IBM
Hotel cancellation and substitutions must be made directly to the hotel.
