This event is for customers, IBM Business Partners, IBM employees, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators.
To register for the conference, you should fill in the enrolment form available on this site.
IBM employees should also enroll using the online enrolment link but also need to enroll via Learning@IBM.

Upon enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email that your enrolment is pending. An electronic confirmation letter will be sent within 1 week of enrolment to confirm your registration. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week, please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Substitutions and cancellations should be made using the registration application: in order to change your registration record, you will be able to log in to the application:
Substitutions can be made at any time.
Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee.
Conference Tuition and Discounts
The conference fee is € 1.950 and exclusive of VAT (19%) which will be applied where required. This fee provides access to all keynote and elective sessions, workshops, panel discussions, conference proceedings, meals, refreshments and conference events mentioned in the conference agenda. Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and meals not included in the conference agenda are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
Following discounts or vouchers are applicable for the IBM System x and System Storage Technical Universities:
*Discounts are not cumulative and are calculated on full tuition fee (1950€). All prices shown are excluding VAT.
** The Alumni discount is applicable to IBM Employees, Business Partners and Customers that attended any IBM System x and Storage Technical University from 2007 - 2012.
The conference welcome desk will be open for registration on Sunday October 13th from 16:00 to 19:00 and on Monday October 14th from 08:00-10:00.
There you will receive your conference badge and welcome package.
Start of the Conference Sessions
The conference sessions will start at 10:00 on Monday October 14th with the keynote session. The conference will end at 13:00 on Friday October 18th.The Solution Center will open on Monday October 14th at 17:30 and a welcome drink will be offered in the Solution Center at 17:30.

Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions, including evening activities.
From Monday through Friday, lunch and coffee breaks are foreseen. Also included is a welcome drink on Monday evening and a networking drink on Tuesday evening followed by our event dinner on Tuesday evening.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
