Director, Business Line Executive System z Platforms, IBM Systems and Technology Group
Kelly Ryan-Fox is the Product Development Team (PDT) Leader for the zSeries midmarket products. The PDT is responsible for developing product offerings, and managing the development and launch of the offerings. Team members include representatives from development, sales, finance, marketing, fulfillment, service, procurement.
Kelly started in Poughkeepsie as a technical writer for the ES/9000 mainframe series. During her career she has held a variety of management and project management positions in Systems Group, IBM Global Services, and Software Group. She is an IBM Certified Senior Project Manager.
Kelly’s opening keynote presentation will highlight the current status of the zEnterprise and hybrid computing, take a look at upcoming announcements and future directions, and focus on the role of System z in emerging technologies such as cloud, mobile and big data.
System z Executive Q&A
A special breakout session with Kelly Ryan and Greg Lotko, VP and Business Line Executive System z, will provide attendees the opportunity to ask their questions directly to the IBM executives leading System z.
z/OS Poughkeepsie Development Lab
Marna Walle is a Senior Technical Staff Member in the z/OS Build and Installation organization in the IBM Systems and Technology Group in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her current responsibilities include z/OS release migration and installation improvements. Marna is a frequent speaker at customer conferences.

Glenn Anderson is currently a Managing Consultant with the z/OS Curriculum of IBM Training. In addition to delivering classes on performance, WebSphere and security, Glenn is a popular speaker at large systems conferences throughout the world. During his over 30 years with IBM, Glenn has held positions in sales, technical support and management.

Peter Enrico has strong and diverse experience with the IBM zArchitecture platforms, and a solid background in z/OS, Workload Manager, Parallel Sysplex, UNIX System Services, and WebSphere e-business performance. Peter also has extensive experience measuring, analyzing, and tuning z/OS systems, Sysplexes, and subsystems. Peter's abilities extend beyond just performance. He is considered a highly qualified and effective communicator and seminar instructor. Peter regularly teaches z/OS performance classes and as a member of Enterprise Performance Strategies, Inc., he works as a performance consultant for companies interested in optimizing their performance z/OS systems.
IBM Distinguished Engineer, Retired
Bob Rogers worked on mainframe system software for 43 years at IBM before retiring as a Distinguished Engineer in 2012. He was the lead software designer for the transition to the 64-bit z/Architecture. He implemented the support for single z/OS images with more than 16 CPUs and was a lead designer of the z/OS support for the zAAP and zIIP specialty engines. Today's z/OS implements dozens of his design ideas. His last assignment at IBM was to foster greater synergy between System z hardware and software. Bob has been a popular speaker at the System z Technical University and other venues for many years.

Jack Jones is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), specializing in System z. Jack currently works as a IT security architect for IBM Denmark. Jack is a leading expert in all areas of System z security, and is a frequent speaker at technical conferences around the world.
