Vice President of IBM System z Client Technical Support
Mark Anzani is the Vice President of IBM System z Client Technical Support. He has the responsibility for enabling System z technology development and supporting Client projects for System z. He joined IBM in Poughkeepsie in 1983 and during his early years with the company worked in a variety of manufacturing and development positions within the large systems business. In 1998, Mark was named the Director of Program Management for zSeries Hardware Development, where he was responsible for the development and delivery of zSeries hardware product. In March of 2001, he was named Director of Integration and System Test for Servers and in July of 2002, he was named IBM Availability Executive for Wal-Mart. In January of 2003, Mark was appointed Vice President, Server and Storage System Test with the responsibility for testing hardware and some of the software associated with storage products and i, p, and zSeries servers. In January 2004, Mark was appointed Vice President, System z Hardware Products with the responsibility for the development and launch of the hardware products within the System z Portfolio.
