Please note that you are responsible for your hotel booking and that your hotel reservation is not part of your registration to the conference.

IBM employees can also book their hotel using the Online Travel Reservation (OTR) application selecting “Brussels, BE” as location. Demand for hotel rooms in Brussels is high during this event. So please book in time.

Please find below an overview of recommended hotels that are located near the conference center and where IBM has negotiated rates for all attendees.
Reservations must be made directly to the hotel.

Important: Reservations need to be made as soon as possible and the latest 4 weeks prior to the event (by April 5th) as otherwise the hotels will release the rooms and can’t guarantee the negotiated rate.

* Rates are for a standard Single room including breakfast, local taxes and service charge.

Below cancellation conditions apply to Bristol, Manos Stephanie and Premier, Sheraton, NH and The White Hotel:

• Cancellation until 24hrs before arrival: no penalty
• Cancellation less then 24hrs before arrival or No-show : first night will be charged
• Changes in your reservation will be processed without additional charges up to 24hrs before arrival.

Below cancellation conditions apply to the Hilton:

• Cancellation until 72hrs before arrival: no penalty
• Cancellation less then 72hrs before arrival, No-show or early departure: all nights will be charged
