IBM QRadar SIEM (Security Information and Event Manager) training is a vital factor in making the deployment and implementation of your QRadar appliance a success. What you need to know
With the recent integration of Q1 Labs into the IBM Security Systems division portfolio, here are a few ways to navigate the IBM Training web pages and find the courses you need:
- IBM QRadar SIEM course enrollment will soon be available through the IBM Training global catalog.
- Registration for an IBM QRadar SIEM course in the IBM online registration system requires an IBM Customer Number (ICN). Customers will receive their ICN in a formal communication. If you have not received your ICN and you would like to enroll in a class, IBM training representatives are available to provide you with your ICN number. Call 1-800-426-8322 to speak to a representative.
- IBM Education Packs (pre-paid discounted training) can be redeemed for the IBM QRadar SIEM training classes.
- If you have already purchased training prior to January 1, 2013 as part of a device purchase, please contact Martin Ryan or Stefan Mueller for the process to redeem your education credits.
