This event is for customers, IBM Business Partners, IBM employees, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators.
To register for the conference, you should fill in the enrolment form available on this site.
IBM employees should also enroll using the online enrolment link but also need to enroll via Learning@IBM.
Should you have any problems enrolling online, please send a note to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email that your enrolment is pending. An electronic confirmation letter will be sent within 1 week of enrolment to confirm your registration. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week, please send a note to email@example.com.
Substitutions and cancellations should be made using the registration application: in order to change your registration record, you will be able to log in to the application:
Conference Tuition and Discounts
Following discounts and vouchers are applicable for the IBM Systems Technical University:
* Discounts are not cumulative and are calculated on full tuition fee (1.950€). All prices are shown excluding VAT.
* All fees are shown in Euro. Invoicing will be done in Euro.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and meals not included in the conference agenda are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
Registration DeskThe conference welcome desk will be open on Sunday November 3rd from 16:00 to 19:00 and on Monday November 4th beginning at 08:00 until 18:00 for registration. Upon arrival you will receive your conference badge and welcome package. The desk will remain open for the entire duration of the event.
Start of the Conference Sessions
The conference sessions will start at 10:00 on Monday November 4th with the keynote session. The conference will end at 13:00 on Friday November 8th followed by a lunch until 14:30.
The Solution Center will open on Monday November 4th at 17:30 and a welcome drink will be offered in the Solution Center at 17:30.

Please note that you are responsible for your hotel booking and that your hotel reservation is not part of your registration to the conference.
Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions, including evening activities.
From Monday through Friday, lunch and coffee breaks are foreseen. Also included is a welcome drink on Monday evening and a networking drink on Tuesday evening. There will be a special event on Wednesday evening. Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
All conference sessions will be presented in English.
The currency used in Athens is the Euro. Most leading credit cards are accepted.
