IBM employees can also book their hotel using the Online Travel Reservation (OTR) application selecting “Munich” as location.

Dolce Munich Online Room Reservations
Important: Reservations need to be made as soon as possible and the latest 4 weeks prior to the event (by April 9th) as otherwise the hotels will release the rooms and can’t guarantee the negotiated rate.

Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions and cancellations must be made directly to the hotel.
If you cancel your hotel reservation 2 weeks prior your arrival, no penalty will apply. Cancellations after this date or No-shows will be charged at 90% of the room price.
