Important: Reservations need to be made as soon as possible and the latest 4 weeks prior to the event (by September 9th 2013) as otherwise the hotels will release the rooms and can’t guarantee the negotiated rate.

Substitutions and Cancellations
Substitutions and cancellations must be made directly to the hotel.
If you cancel your hotel reservation by October 2nd 2013, no penalty will apply.
