Cancel/No Show Policy
Enrollers must cancel their registration by 5 p.m. EST, April 24, 2013, to avoid charges. To cancel your registration, please call 1-800-IBM-TEACH and select option "2" or contact us at STGBrandConf@meetingconsultants.com. Cancellations that received before this date will not be charged a registration fee or administration fee. Cancellations are received after this date will be billed the full registration fee. Substitutions are permitted at any time before the end of the event and replaced attendees will not be subject to penalties. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be made for "No-Shows," who may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if they do not cancel their hotel room 72 hours in advance. IBM Education Pack holders and no-shows who cancel within 14 days before will be billed the full amount.
