Shipping Instructions
| In case you need to ship material to the conference venue, please ensure to do so in due time. Please be aware the Friday, May 1st is a public holiday in Belgium and thus no shipments will be delivered nor accepted that day at MCE. We recommend to plan for your shipments to arrive no later then Thursday, April 30th at the MCE. All material needs to be shipped directly to the MCE (see address below). Please attach the below address label to each box so that the MCE can easily identify your boxes upon collection on-site. | ||||
