Event Tuition, Hotel and Airfare Waivers

Last year, our special invitation to IBM employees to bring clients to an IBM Technical University was well received. Again this year, we are extending the invitation to all IBM employees.

For 2013 IBM System Technical University events:

• 3 for 1 - IBM employees, bring three paying clients to an event and your tuition will be waived.
• 6 for 1 - IBM employees, bring six paying clients to an event and your tuition and hotel room/taxes will be waived.
• US only - 8 for 1 - IBM employees, bring eight paying clients to an event and your tuition and hotel room/taxes will be waived, plus domestic travel, up to $800.00 paid.
• US only - 10 for 1 - IBM employees, bring ten paying clients to an event and your tuition and hotel room/taxes will be waived, plus domestic travel, up to $800.00 paid, and you will receive a Jr. Suite at the event hotel.

Note: Food and incidental expenses are not covered.

How it works:

When the client enrolls they must identify their IBM Rep in the enrollment record. The conference team will validate which option the IBM employee qualifies and will contact the employee with the appropriate promotion code to use when enrolling. It is the IBM employees' responsibility to inform the customer that they must identify him/her at the time of registration.

Clients registration will not be altered or changed to add an IBM Rep after registration is complete.
