Tuition fee and discounts

The full conference fee is AUD 2200 plus 10% goods and services tax.  This fee provides access to all keynote and elective sessions, workshops, panel discussions, Solution Center, conference proceedings, meals and refreshments.  Attendees will also be entitled to access sessions from co-located events:  IBM System x Technical Symposium, IBM System z Technical Symposium and IBM System Storage Technical Symposium.

Business Partners may also use their BP Reward Vouchers if they are eligible for this program.

IBM Education Packs may be used toward payment for this event.

Discounts are not cumulative.

Start of the symposium sessions

The symposium sessions will start at 9.00am on Tuesday 14 August 2012. The conference will end at 5pm on Friday 17 August 2012.

Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions, including any evening activities.

Meals

From Tuesday through Friday, lunch and coffee breaks are provided. Also included is a meet and greet session on the first evening of the Symposium where you can interact with your peers.  This session will include drinks and snacks.

Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
