IBM employees can also book their hotel directly at the hotel. The Online Travel Reservation (OTR) application will not have the KTC Königstein as a selection. Room prices adhere to IBM pricing policy.

Substitutions and Cancellations – Terms & Conditions
Substitutions and cancellations must be made directly to the hotel in writing.
- Hotel cancellations received 48hrs prior to your arrival will have no penalty fee.
- Hotel cancellations received after the 48hrs prior to arrival, 90% of the stay will be charged to your credit card.
- No shows, will be charged 100% to your credit card.
