Overview
Please note that you are responsible for your hotel booking and that your hotel reservation is not part of your registration to the conference.
Reservations are based on a “first come first served” policy, so we strongly recommend you to book your hotel in time.
List of hotels
For IBM employees, we suggest you to book your hotel room via Online Travel Reservation.
For the Conference attendees, we have blocked some rooms in several hotels in Helsinki, all close to the conference venue or reachable by public transport (for information on the itinerary please click here (PPT File, 120KB).
If you want to make a reservation in one of these hotels, please fill in the correspondent booking form or follow the booking instructions. Please note that every hotel has a release date: after this date the rooms can be booked upon availability, so we suggest you to make your reservation on time.

| As you well know, IBM is a big promoter of a “Think Green” campaign. Therefore we are always careful that the venue/hotels suggested by us respect these ideals. Many of our selected hotels for this conference have been granted by the Swan Eco Label. The Swan Eco label's vision is a sustainable society, in which future generations can benefit from the same conditions and opportunities as we ourselves do. The Swan is the official Nordic Eco label, introduced by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The Swan logo demonstrates that a product is a good environmental choice. |
