New programs in 2008 to be offered again at this year's event include:

• Business Development (Sunday, 25 Oct 2009): Exclusively for IBM Business Partners This track will focus on providing the business skills needed to identify new revenue opportunities for product sales and services, best practices to maximize marketing efforts, product plans, competitive landscape, strategies for selling into industry specific market sectors, and ways to expand your business offerings to emerging markets. • Business Impact: In addition to the great technical sessions of the conference, we'll have an expanded non-technical "Business Impact" Track. In the opening session and the dedicated business impact track, you'll learn how to make your portal a better business success. This track is for the non-technical portal audience whose job is to maximize the business value of their portal implementation. • Technical Roundtable discussion sessions: For many attendees, one of the conference highlights is the opportunity to participate in topic-based discussions with fellow attendees and customers, IBM Business partners and product team experts.
