
Registration
This event is for customers, IBM Business Partners, IBM employees, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators.
To register for the event, you should fill in the registration form available on this site.
IBM employees should also register using the online registration link and need to complete their registration via Learning@IBM.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email that your registration is pending. An electronic confirmation letter will be sent within 1 week of enrolment to confirm your registration. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week, please send a note to conferences@be.ibm.com.
Substitutions and cancellations should be made using the registration application: in order to change your registration record, you will be able to log in to the application :
- Substitutions can be made at any time.
- Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee.
Tuition fee and discounts
- EUR 1.400 plus VAT - Full Conference Pass
EUR 600 plus VAT - One Day Pass (Tuesday & Wednesday only) - 3rd Attendee is Free! ("3-for-2") - The same company sends three attendees to the full conference, but only pays for two! This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts. Registration through GSE does not count as one company or one Business Partner.
- GSE member registering through GSE become a 15% discount.
- IBM ValueNet Business Partner discounts are adhered to.
Discounts are not cumulative and are calculated on the full conference or day pass fees. All prices shown are excluding VAT.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and meals not included in the conference agenda are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
Registration desk
The IBM registration desk will be open for registration on Monday, 12th November 2012 from 12:00 to 13:00. Upon arrival you will receive your conference badge and welcome package. The desk will remain open for the duration of the event.
Start of the sessions
The opening sessions will start at 13:00 on Monday, 12th November 2012. The conference will end at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 15th November 2012 followed by a lunch until 14:00.
The Vendors and IBM will display their products and solutions in the Foyer of the conference. All exhibitions start Tuesday morning, 13th of November 2012 through the end of day on Wednesday, 15th of November 2012. For your convenience, the exhibitions are open through breaks, lunches and dinners.

Hotel Accommodation
For information about contracted hotels in the local area, please visit the "Hotel information" page.
Please note that you are responsible for your hotel booking and that your hotel reservation is not part of your registration to the event.
Dress code
Business casual is appropriate for all event sessions, including evening activities.
Meals
From Tuesday through Thursday, lunch is foreseen.
Incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.
Language
All conference sessions will be presented in English.
Currency
The currency used in Germany is the Euro - €. Most leading credit cards are accepted.
