Enrollment

This event is for customers, IBM Business Partners, IBM employees, Independent Software Vendors and Systems Integrators.
IBM employees should enroll via Learning@IBM. IBM employees should also use Learning@IBM for cancellations.
If you are not an IBM employee, you should fill in the enrolment form available on this site.

Should you have any problems enrolling online, please send a note to: stg_conferences@be.ibm.com. Upon enrolment, you will receive an electronic confirmation letter. If you do not receive this confirmation within a week, please send a note to stg_conferences@be.ibm.com.
Substitutions can be made at any time.
Late cancellations (fourteen calendar days before the event) or no-shows will be charged the full tuition fee. For a cancellation, please use the cancellation and substitution form available on this site. IBM employees should cancel via Learning@IBM.

Conference tuition fee

The conference fee is € 2290 and exclusive of VAT which will be applied where required. This fee provides access to all keynote and elective sessions, workshops, panel discussions, conference proceedings, meals, refreshments and conference events mentioned in the conference agenda.

Conference registration desk

The conference welcome desk will be open on Sunday 3rd from 16:00 to 18:00 and on Monday May 4th beginning at 07:30 until 18:00 for registration. You will receive your conference badge and welcome package.

Start of the conference sessions

The conference sessions will start at 10.00 on Monday May 4th. The conference will end at 12:00 on Friday May 8th.
The product expo will open on Monday May 4th at 18:00 and a welcome drink will be offered in the product expo at 18:00.

GSE Members

For more information on the benefits of a GSE membership, please check out the GSE Web site www.gse.org. When you are enrolling for the conference, please fill in your company’s GSE membership number. If you do not know your company’s GSE membership number, send an email to gsehq@gse.org.

GSE will be maintaining a booth during the first two days of the conference, where participants will be able to take part in a prize draw and learn more about GUIDE SHARE EUROPE.

Dress code

Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions, including evening activities.

Meals

From Monday through Friday, lunch and coffee breaks are foreseen. Also included is a welcome drink on Monday evening. There will be a special event on Wednesday evening.
Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included in the conference fee and will be paid by each attendee at the time the expense is incurred.

The currency used in Belgium is the EURO (€). Most leading credit cards are accepted.
