Cancel/No Show Policy
Enrollees must cancel their registration by 5 p.m. EST, Monday, September 17, 2012 to avoid charges. To cancel your registration, please call 1-800-IBM-TEACH and select option "2" or contact us at STGBrandConf@meetingconsultants.com. Cancellations received before this date will not be charged a registration fee or administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will be billed the full registration fee. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the end of the event and replaced attendees will not be subject to penalties. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be made for "No-Shows," who may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if they do not cancel their hotel room 72 hours in advance. IBM Education Pack holders and no-shows who cancel within 14 days prior to the will be billed the full amount. This cancelation policy does not apply to Solution Center Sponsorships or Exhibitorships, please see Solution Center Package Terms and Conditions for specifics.
