Registration fee - USD $2,295
Registration fee includes admittance to all general and elective sessions and Solution Center. Also included is breakfast Mon through Fri, lunch Mon through Thu, plus refreshment breaks. Also included are a Mon and Tue evening Solution Center reception, and a Wed evening event. Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included. The registration fee may be paid by credit card or check, or if you have a U.S. IBM Education Pack - online account , use it to cover your registration fee. If you plan on using a coupon or voucher to cover all or part of your registration fee, you must provide the physical document at the time of registration. If you do not have the physical document, you will be billed the full registration fee. Every registration must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All credit card information will be validated and charges for the conference billed 30 days in advance of the conference.
Early registration
Early registration is available Sun, 7 Sep 2008, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m The conference opens at 7:00 a.m. Mon morning, 8 Sep 2008, with breakfast followed by our Opening Session from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Technical elective sessions begin at 1:45 p.m. on Mon. Tue through Fri, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and elective sessions begin at 8 a.m. Registration will be open on Mon from 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The conference closes at 12:30 p.m. on Fri, 12 Sep 2008.
Conference presentation handouts
In support of our commitment to "Going Green", we will no longer be providing hardcopy handouts of conference presentations on-site. Presentations will be made available for downloading from the IBM Learner Portal in advance of, during and after the conclusion of this event. (Downloading instructions will be sent to attendees one week before the start of this conference.) We will be providing attendees with a memory key on-site that can be used to download presentations.
