If you find it necessary to cancel your registration please call 1 800 IBM-TEACH (426-8322) and select Option 2 for "Conferences" or send an e-mail to STGBrandConf@meetingconsultants.com
Substitutes for attendees will be accepted at any time without charge, and can be made by calling 1 800 IBM-TEACH (426-8322) and selecting Option 2 for "Conferences" or by sending an e-mail to STGBrandConf@meetingconsultants.com. Conference fees will be refunded, less a USD $150 administrative fee, if enrollees cancel their registration 14 calendar days prior to the conference by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 25 Aug 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be made for "No-Shows," who may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if they do not cancel their hotel room 24 hours in advance. IBM Education Pack holders and no-shows who cancel within 14 days prior to the conference will be billed the full amount.
