Role
A Chief Information Officer is responsible for setting the business strategy, vision and objectives as a foundation for the solution development process. The CIO will be involved in monitoring the activities of the solution development team and ensuring that the business objectives of the solution are satisfied.
Assumptions
It is assumed that the individual following this roadmap has basic skills in the following areas:
- Definition of the business strategy, vision, objectives and goals
- Identification of critical success factors and aligning them with the business strategy
