The J2EE Enterprise JavaBean developer is expected to develop, test, debug and deploy J2EE applications ?which include Enterprise JavaBeans (EJBs).

Assumptions
It is assumed that the individual following this roadmap has basic skills in the following areas:

  • Working knowledge of underlying operating system platforms
  • Understanding of basic Internet concepts
  • Experience with Java programming

Objectives
After completing this training, students should be able to:

  • Understand the J2EE components and APIs used in J2EE applications which include Enterprise JavaBeans
  • Use Rational Application Developer V6 to develop, test, debug, and deploy J2EE applications which include and consume Enterprise JavaBeans
