The IBM Rational Corporate Education Licensing Program (CELP) is available to companies with extensive training needs. CELP gives you the option to purchase volume discount training by licensing Rational software training courseware for internal delivery. Using your company's instructors, you can provide your own training, when you need, at your own in-house facilities, worldwide.
The CELP provides:
- Cost-effective training for a large number of employees, even at multiple locations
- Unlimited internal delivery of courseware over the course of one year
- Flexibility of training timelines and delivery, so you can train when and how you need
- Ability to customize courseware to suit your needs
Rational CELP may be right for you if you:
- Train a large number of employees on Rational tools and technology
- Have in-house training facilities
Rational provides an optional program to certify your instructors who will deliver the Rational University courseware as a part of the CELP. Instructor Certification ensures your instructors are completely versed in all aspects of the courseware and are able to consistently deliver the highest quality education to your employees.
To become a Rational Certified Instructor in a required technology domain you must:
- Complete required public Courses
- Complete and pass required online exams
- Complete and pass the practical exam
- Attend and pass an Instructor Certification Assessment Session
Instructor Certification is not a requirement for purchasing CELP.
