Courses are sponsored by IBM. Instruction is arranged by the Training Provider. Instructors are authorized by IBM and must maintain the same customer satisfaction levels as our IBM instructors. IBM Training Providers teach classes when and where you need them - at your site, at the Training Provider's site, at IBM Education Center Locations and other IBM sites.
