Registration fee includes admittance to all general and elective sessions and the Solution Center. Individual travel expenses, lodging, incidental expenses and additional meals are not included. The registration fee may be paid by credit card or check, or the IBM Education Pack - online account can be used to cover the registration fee. If you plan on using a coupon or voucher to pay for all or part of your registration fee, you must provide the physical document at the time of registration at the conference. If you do not have the physical document, you will be billed the full registration fee. Every registration must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All credit card information will be validated and charges for the conference billed 30 days in advance of the event.

Conference presentation handouts
In support of our commitment to "Going Green", we will no longer be providing hardcopy handouts of conference presentations on-site. Presentations will be made available for downloading from the IBM Learner Portal in advance of, during and after the conclusion of this event. (Downloading instructions will be sent to attendees one week before the start of this conference.) We will be providing attendees with a memory key on-site that can be used to download presentations.
