Cancel/No Show Policy
You can change or cancel your conference registration on-line at any time by visiting the 'To Register' section of the conference Web site at www.ibm.com/events/ils. After selecting the conference, choose 'Change/Cancel Registration'. Please be sure to reference your registration confirmation number on the form. Should you misplace your confirmation number, there is an option on the Registration site to have it sent to your e-mail. Or, you can cancel by calling 1-800-IBM-TEACH (426-8322) and selecting the conference option. Please make changes or cancellations by calling 1-800-IBM-TEACH (426-8322) and selecting the conference option or by canceling on the web at www.ibm.com/events/ils. If you cancel by phone, please request and keep an e-mail confirmation.
Substitutes for attendees will be accepted at any time without charge, and can be made by calling 1-800-IBM-TEACH (426-8322) and selecting Option 2 for ‘Conferences’ Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Eastern time. Conference fees will be refunded, less a USD $150 administrative fee, if enrollees cancel their registration by 5pm Eastern Standard Time on Monday, May 7, 2012 for external enrollments and Sunday, May 6, 2012 for internal attendees. No refunds made for cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be made for no-shows which may also incur one night's hotel room rate if you do not cancel your hotel room in advance. IBM Education Pack holders, no-shows and those who cancel within 14 days prior to the conference will be billed the full amount.
If you requested a hotel room through the IBM enrollment system, it will be cancelled when you cancel your conference enrollment. If you made your own arrangements, please ensure you cancel them per the terms of your reservation.
