A special room rate is available at Hilton Orlando for attendees. The USD $194 room rate is for single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes. You can make reservations when you enroll. Your reservation will be guaranteed for late arrival with your credit card number.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is noon. The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Please note these special room rates are only available through IBM at the time you enroll. A limited number of rooms are available for stays before or after the conference dates. These rooms are available on a space-available basis.
The Hilton Orlando, a 19-story group meetings and convention hotel with resort amenities, is scheduled to open in August of 2009. This exciting new hotel will feature the warmth of hospitality and exceptional meeting service that are signatures of Hilton Hotels.

Only 13 miles from Orlando International Airport and a short 40 minute drive to Cocoa Beach.
