As a Help Desk support representative, it is your job to provide basic information that users need to know to complete their daily work using the IBM Lotus Notes client. You will use available resources to find solutions to the most common Lotus Notes and IBM Lotus Domino 8 end user errors, problems, and most frequently asked questions relating to Lotus Notes, passwords, Location and Connection documents, Preferences, IBM Lotus Sametime troubleshooting, and any other issue that can be resolved in five minutes or less.
Audience
This basic course is targeted to IBM Lotus Notes 8 power users ready to become Lotus Notes 8 first-level Help Desk support representatives.
Prerequisites
You should possess basic Microsoft Windows operating system skills, and extensive experience in using the Lotus Notes 8 client.
