XSR04 is a one-day overview of the System x product line. This sales course is designed to introduce the products and their key features and technologies. Additionally, the target market for each product will be explored as it is positioned in the IT infrastructure and in the competitive marketplace. This course is the foundation upon which a sales representative can build an understanding of the System x server line and develop the ability to create excellent solutions for their customers.
