In this workshop, learn how IBM Lotus Domino 8 to help you build applications more quickly and reuse existing assets as business needs evolve. Through hands-on exercises, learn how server-managed provisioning works, how to build composite applications, and how to incorporate sidebar, widgets and Lotus Notes plug-ins in your deployments. Also learn how to install Lotus Notes Traveler-the wireless e-mail solution for Windows mobile devices. We also cover Domino Designer, including using Web services and native Web service consumer support; composite application development updates on the Lotus Notes client; and the drag and drop feature.

Prerequisites
You should have:
- Good technical understanding of Internet concepts
- A general understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, systems and languages, particularly Java technology
- Familiarity with the Eclipse programming model will be helpful but not required
