The primary objective of this course developed by Davalen Inc. is to enable every Portlet Factory developer with the skills needed to begin implementing comprehensive, useful, quality enterprise applications immediately. This course focuses on design patterns, techniques, and business application use cases that are common to most Websphere and Websphere Portal applications. Business problems and technical issues that nearly all Portlet Factory developers can expect to encounter in the field are addressed in detail. New features of Portlet Factory 6.1.5 have been incorporated including Web2.0 Flash charting and validations using AJAX and DOJO.

This expert course is for portal developers who will be using Portlet Factory for development.
Prerequisites
You should have:
- Reviewed the tutorials that come packaged with IBM Websphere Portlet Factory product
- Basic Java or JavaScript or LotusScript experience (helpful but not required)
- A willingness to learn many new Portlet Factory concepts quickly
