This course is an IBM i administration class designed for a Windows administrator. The basic administration steps required to set up, maintain and back up an IBM i system are covered. Emphasis is on using the Web interface whenever possible with references to the associated commands.
Hands on labs for the various administration functions are included following each of the topics being covered. You will get the opportunity to work with the interfaces for the IBM i.
This course provides lectures and hands on labs in a face-to-face classroom setting. The course is also offered in a live virtual classroom environment (ILO - Instructor Led Online) with hands-on labs IBM i Administration for Windows Administrators (OV210)
