This online course is part of the Subject Matter Expertise Program (SMEP) and runs 71 minutes. The training is designed to provide basic familiarity with, and understanding of, business continuity planning (BCP) practices. This course also examines how IBM FileNet's HA/DR products, services and strategies can assist a customer in reaching their BCP goals.
