Course description: IBM FileNet BPM 4.5: Optimizing Your Process for Information on Demand (for Global IOD Conference)

Learn about Business Process Management (BPM) and managing your business processes through the use of IBM FileNet's Process Designer 4.5 Product. eForms (as a step processor) and Process Analyzer/Simulator (to analyze workflows) will also be included in the demonstration. Senior ECM instructors will also provide information about ECM Education offerings to assist customers in determining their training needs.
