Build the foundation for the Business Integration Server technical curriculum. Examine the architecture, components, processes, and procedures involved in implementing an integrated solution.
Learn how to design, develop, and test the integration of a business process between three disparate applications. First, learn the components of IBM WebSphere Business Integration Server architecture. Then, learn how to install and configure InterChange Server, including the installation and testing of connections into applications with the use of WebSphere Business Integration adapters.
After establishing connections into applications, learn how to design, develop, and test the integration of a business process across the applications. This involves defining business objects that represent the transactions being processed by the applications, the creation of maps that transform the data, and the configuration of collaborations that control and manage the business process integration.
Also, explore basic system administration.
