Before you enter the Guided Tour Product Simulation and troubleshoot a problem, this course will begin by talking about the Information Analyzer's architecture including its supporting databases, agent, and platform.

Then, we'll discuss some installation considerations and steps that should be performed after the installation.

Next, in a guided tour product simulation, you'll do the driving while we talk about how to configure Information Analyzer and Information Server and common troubleshooting techniques.

Finally, we'll take a look at some error messages and then talk about some standard or basic practices as well as tips and tricks to resolving potential issues.

Although this tutorial will address some particular environments' issues, it will tend to focus on problems that could occur across the board with Windows, UNIX, Linux, AIX, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, various versions of Information Analyzer and Information Server, etc.
