- This voucher entitles the holder to an 80% discount off of published tuition for any eligible STG education class or conference.
- All STG classes or conferences may not be available in all countries or geographies, please contact your local representative for any questions. (VMware and System z classes are not eligible in Europe.)
- One voucher per student, per enrollment. Each authorized voucher is uniquely numbered and may be used only once. Vouchers cannot be used to cover instructor travel and living (T&L) or facility expenses.
- Vouchers will be shipped electronically. IBM is not responsible for replacement of any voucher.
- All STG public classes and conferences selected must be completed by December 18, 2009. There will not be any extensions into 2010.
- This voucher may be used by anyone in the Business Partner establishment, but not transferred to customers of the Business Partners.
- You must bring your voucher to the class or conference of your choice. Vouchers for classes must be turned into the IBM instructor of the class on the first day of the class. Vouchers for conferences must be turned into the IBM Registration desk at the conference the first day of the event). Failure to turn in your voucher will result in your being billed the full published tuition for the course or conference. IBM will not provide refunds if the vouchers are not submitted on the first day of the course/conference.
- For ILO Classes (Instructor Led On Line) send a note to vouchers@us.ibm.com for submission directions. (eLearning is not eligible)
- IBM is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Business Partner should a class or conference be cancelled prior to the start date of the event.
- Vouchers cannot be used to discount any late payment or no-show fees. If you fail to attend a class you are enrolled on without giving us the proper notification as stated in the Terms and Conditions, you will be charged the full fee based on the published list price.
- This voucher cannot be used with the standard Business Partner discount and cannot be combined with any other IBM discount including the IBM Education Pack.
- For STG classes or conferences, go to www.ibm.com/training/global and select your country of choice. Follow the catalog path to the hardware courses or conferences to enroll.
- IBM Terms and Conditions for classroom offerings and conferences are also applicable. They are printed on the www.ibm.com/training/global website and in the IBM Technical Training catalog.

Prometric Test Vouchers - Terms & Conditions for 2009 PartnerRewards Program - Prometric Test Voucher numbers entitle the owner to a 100% discount off of one STG Certification Test at any Prometric Test Site or IBM STG Conference where testing is available.
- One test voucher number per test. These vouchers may be used by anyone in the Business Partner establishment, but may not be transferred to the customers of the Business Partners.
- Vouchers are valid for use between January 15, 2009 and December 31, 2009.
