Course Overview:
This introductory, self-paced course explains how to use Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and IBM Blueworks Live to define and model business processes.
The course begins with an introduction to business process management (BPM) concepts and methods, and then covers process discovery, process definition, and creating process diagrams. The course teaches core modeling skills and best practice methods that improve the speed and quality of process definition using BPMN. You will also learn the core product skills and best practice methods needed to model processes with IBM Blueworks Live.
Exercises provided throughout the course reinforce the concepts learned in the lectures, covering skills such as using IBM BPM Blueprint to create discovery maps and process diagrams.
