This one-day instructor-led course introduces developers to the new features and functions of IBM WebSphere ILOG JRules V7.0.

Through instructor-led presentations, product demonstrations, hands-on walkthroughs, and practices, students learn about new features in JRules modules that they may already be using, such as the Rule Studio for Java, Rule Execution Server for Java, and IBM WebSphere ILOG Rule Team Server. Students also learn about new JRules modules that are available for the first time in V7.0, such as IBM WebSphere ILOG Decision Validation Services and IBM WebSphere ILOG Rule Solutions for Office.

• Experience with the Java programming language
• Experience with Java Platform, Standard Edition (Java SE)
• Knowledge of Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE)
• Thorough knowledge of developing or working with solutions using JRules V6.7, which can be obtained through experience or by completing course ILOG JRules Training for Developers (WB275)
