You should complete the following IBM courses or have equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Implementing an IBM Lotus Sametime 8 Infrastructure (ST850)
  • One hour course to demystify WebSphere Application Server for Lotus Sametime administrators http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/stwiki.nsf/dx/1_hour_course_to_demystify_WebSphere_Application_Server_for_LotusWPLC_

Understanding of basic networking and browser usage is recommended.
