This course presents you with the information you need for system and tool administration so that you can successfully manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of your Rational Change solution. This one-day course provides you with a detailed understanding of how to administer Rational Change, including managing users and user groups, access control lists, licenses, and performance tuning. You will also learn how to install and configure Rational Change, including defining custom date formats and how you can configure the Rational Change environment to authenticate users using external LDAP servers.
