This course covers the creation and management of the various types of requirements and how they fit within the context of the broader systems engineering process. Organizations need to establish requirements, regardless of their business methods or tool selections. You will work through a series of training units that will help you demonstrate your understanding of the material. You will work within groups to complete practical exercises that reinforce the objects of each unit, obtaining a strong foundation in requirement writing techniques. Produced and frequently conducted by author and Requirements Management expert, Professor Ken Jackson, the Requirement Writing Techniques course has proven to be an ideal vehicle for organizations to begin to use or reinforce best practices for the development and management of requirements through out the whole lifecycle for a product.
