This basic course is for HQ Sales Finance, HQ Business Decision Resources and associated professionals.

You should:

• Have some experience using web browsers, the internet and Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Be able to navigate a GUI environment
• Have experience working with spreadsheets and reports.

As you work through the concepts and tasks, it is assumed that you are familiar with Microsoft Excel; although this will not be a blocking issue to learning.

• Discuss how to create, forecast, analyze, and compare scenarios
• Explain the use of Reporting templates and ad hoc reports
• Explain how to export plan and report data

To take advantage of data export functionality in this course, it is recommended that the following software be installed on your system:
