• EDI Basics including EDI IDs, trading partners, and document types
• GIODE Solutions
• General data flow (for Customer Support)

• Sign-in through IBM® Sterling Customer Center
• Manipulate screen views by moving columns, sorting data, and so forth
• Explain hierarchy relationship between "company" and "business"
• Use the System Summary feature
• Change business view
• Use data details features
• Set up user preferences
• Generate and interpret reports, charts, and graphs
• Recognize and use all previous InFlight features in the new tool
• Add a Trading Partner cross referencing with their EDI
