Kursbeskrivning: Installing and Configuring Optim Core Technology for Distributed Systems - ILO

This course is designed to provide systems administrations with an understanding of the architecture of InfoSphere Optim Solutions and an understanding of how to install and configure the server and clients.

This course focuses on installing and configuring Optim Solutions. The focus of the course is to provide hands-on experience to systems administrators on how to setup InfoShere Optim solutions of their end users.

CURRICULUM RELATIONSHIP :

This course is one of three classroom courses aimed at core Optim technical skills.

The three classroom courses are:

• Installing and Configuring Optim Core Technology for Distributed Systems (DT2A3)
• Optim Data Growth for Archiving for Distributed Systems (DT203)
• Using Optim Core Technology for Distributed Systems (DT293) (Combination of both (DT203) and Using InfoSphere Optim Test Data Mgmt and Data Masking on Dist Systems (DT213))

This is a basic administration course for system administrators involved in installing and configuring the InfoSphere Optim Solutions for distributed systems: IBM InfoSphere Optim Data Growth Solution, IBM InfoSphereOptim Test Data Management Solution, and IBM InfoSphereOptim Test Data Management Solution with the Data Masking Option.
