This course tackles the art of survey research methodology. This is a practical course which walks you through the early steps of the survey process, including sampling, how to write questions and design questionnaires, getting higher response rates, and preparing data for analysis. It includes issues relevant for web-based and email surveys. This course involves very little hands-on use of SPSS.
Målgrupp
This basic course is for SPSS users new to survey research who want grounding in processes from survey design to data preparation. Learn to understand NetGenesis architecture and create an eDataMart, site, and project. Get an understanding of configuration settings web server settings, import exclusions, advanced visit options, expiration, deletion, import log files, and managing the Intelligence Server and IIS.
Förkunskaper
The course is intended for NetGenesis administrators, Web site administrators, IT personnel, and Web marketing personnel who will be assuming the role of NetGenesis administrators. Interest in learning how to create and administer surveys. Knowledge of SPSS is not required.
