Gain hands-on practice implementing a service request management strategy with IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager 7.1. Hands-on exercises provide the opportunity to install and configure the product. Initial data population, set up basic security, create domains, and integrating with other products are also covered.

  • Windows 2000 or XP
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
  • 128-bit encryption
